Shipping policy

Every item is made to order and personalized, and ships within 3–7 business days of your order.

Delivery after shipping: 2–5 business days within the United States, 10–30 business days internationally.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the number of items in the order. We ship worldwide, including the EU, UK and Australia.

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are payable by the recipient.

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email pawandboneatelier@gmail.com and we will trace it with the carrier.
