Shipping policy

Made to order
Every Paw and Bone Atelier product is personalized and printed to order by our production partners. Production takes 3–7 business days after you place your order. Your order then ships, and you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Shipping to the United States
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (order subtotal after discounts, before tax). The free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
- Orders under $50: standard shipping is $5.95.
- Delivery time after shipping: 2–5 business days.
- Estimated total time from order to delivery: 5–12 business days.
Your items are made by different production partners (tags, mats and bowls are each made at a specialized facility). If your order contains different product types, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. When your order is under $50 and contains products from different production partners, a shipping charge may apply per package; the exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
International shipping
We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. Shipping costs depend on the destination, the products and the number of items, and are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery time after shipping: 7–20 business days for most destinations, occasionally up to 30 business days.
- Our stainless steel pet bowls are available in selected countries only. If a product can't be shipped to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Duties and taxes
US sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are payable by the recipient. Refused shipments due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at contact@pawandboneatelier.com. We can change the address only before your order has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, or your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, please email us with your order number. We'll contact the carrier. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, see our Refund Policy. We'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full.
