Shipping & Delivery

Every piece in the shop is made to order and personalized for one specific pet, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be picked. Here is what happens after you place your order.

Processing

Your order goes into production as soon as it is placed. Production takes 3–7 business days, then your order ships.

Delivery

  • United States: 2–5 business days after your order ships (about 5–12 business days in total)
  • International: 7–20 business days after your order ships, occasionally up to 30

Shipping cost

Free US shipping on orders of $50 or more. No code needed: it's applied automatically at checkout.

For US orders under $50, standard shipping is $5.95. If your order contains products from different production partners, a shipping charge may apply per package; you always see the exact amount before you pay.

For all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. Our stainless steel bowls ship to selected countries only; checkout shows you if a product can't be delivered to your address.

Separate packages and tracking

Tags, mats and bowls are each made at a specialized facility, so an order with different products may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive an email with tracking details for each package as soon as it ships.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are payable by the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email us with your order number. If the carrier confirms your parcel is lost, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.

If something is not right

If your order arrives damaged, or the print or name is not correct, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. You choose: a free replacement or a full refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page.
